Online Payment and Refund Policy

Payments made online are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  1. Multiple payments made for the same service.
  2. Payment made successfully but confirmation not received due to connection failure, and the school is unable to provide a fee invoice.

Transaction fees or charges incurred during payment will not be refunded.Requests for refunds must include the transaction number and order number and are subject to the school’s discretion.

Fee Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing (in-person, via email, or by mail) and addressed to the Principal. Telephone messages will not be considered valid requests.
  • Refunds will be processed only after deducting dues owed to the school. Excess payments will be verified and refunded within 30 days of the written request.
  • Refunds will be made electronically or physically to the original account used for the transaction.
  • Transaction processing charges, convenience fees, and applicable service taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refund policies are subject to change and will be updated on the school website.
  • Terms of Use for Online Portal

  • By using Crescent High School’s Online Portal, users agree to the terms and conditions set forth. The school reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Online transactions on the portal are considered an “offer” from the user. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any such offers.
  • Users must carefully review the terms every time they use the online portal to stay informed of any changes.
  • Enrollment Terms
  • Admission to specific school programs is at the discretion of Crescent High School and subject to the accuracy of information provided by applicants. Misrepresentation of details may lead to rejection or cancellation of admission.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for any student whose behavior or actions negatively impact the school community or violate program rules and regulations.
  • Enrolling in specific programs does not guarantee future admission to regular school programs.
  • Payment Terms
  • Fees must be paid in full before the specified due dates. Late payments may result in restricted access to school facilities or programs.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other modes as specified by the school.
  • All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any additional charges related to currency conversion or payment processing are the responsibility of the payer.
  • The school reserves the right to take legal action to recover unpaid dues, including attorney fees, where necessary.
